Issue: Duplicate search fields

The top search bar will search all forum content. The bottom search bar searches only wiki content, and it performs live search (results show in a drop-down while you're still typing your query). XenForo's built-in search does not currently offer this functionality. The wiki search bar can be disabled in the Admin Panel if you think your users will be confused.

We can change the phrase on the wiki search bar to "Find wiki pages..." or something along those lines to reduce the thinking that both accomplish the same task.

Having search integrated is a major objective. Having two search bars is a no go. That makes no sense. Turning it off and not having wiki searchable would also be a important handicap.
The live search is nice to have, but the benefit is not so great that it makes up for having 2 search bars.
I am certain that live search can be added to elastic search.

The wiki is still searchable if you remove the search field from the sidebar, since wiki content is still indexed by XenForo's search engine. You just can't perform live search.

I will leave this open so that the phrase will be changed to clarify that the field only searches the wiki. Otherwise, what you ask is already possible using admin settings.
