Errors Deleting Attachments

Tried to delete a attachment page and it failed with a bunch of errors

So after fixing the attachment upload problem I went to delete the test file upload the vaultwiki crew uploaded and was left with a list of php style errors and now I am stuck with an attachment page called "wiki" that when click simply takes me back to the main wiki page in its place.

Fixed deleting attachments in the next release. Need to also add an upgrade step to remove the corrupted attachments.
