DB unkown column error while installing vaultwiki 4.0.0 Alpha 7

I had alpha 4 installed previously and followed the uninstall instructions for it before trying to install alpha 7. When trying to install alpha 7 I get the following error when trying to run the vault/install/index.php script.

I think this happens when trying to perform a fresh install since Alpha 7. In vault/core/view/phrase/vb3.php, find:

		global $vbphrase, $phrasegroups;

Add after:

		if ($this->registered AND !vw_Hard_Core::model('Settings')->_isset('vw_enabled'))
		{
			foreach ($this->registered AS $regkey => $phrasegroup)
			{

				{

				}
			}
		}
