XenForo Portal

1. Need to setup a XenForo site that is visible to the public.
2. Import current vB4 site into that site.
3. Temporarily, have existing forums redirect to the vB4 forums & threads (except admins).
4. Finish testing items that can only be properly tested in live, full databases. Use the portal for development and testing from now on.
5. Sync XenForo and vB4 databases to each other, so that all new users/threads/posts/etc from either are added to the other. This item may take some time.

Why would you do all that just for development? Just put XenForo in another directory, import a database copy and do your development privately. Unless of course you are ready to demonstrate the vault wiki to the public then I would understand. But even then it can just be a demo forum with a restricted demo admin user like skin sites do.

We already have a private development site. However, due to the .htaccess password protection on it, we can't test attachment uploads or some other things because flash uploaders don't like password protected directories. Otherwise, we believe it is time to demonstrate XenForo+VaultWiki to the public.

XenForo portal is now ready for public review and testing. If you notice any bugs, please report them in the usual place. Thanks.

Note that the database is not synced with here all the time. We will reset it every few days, so please continue to post your important questions on this part of the site.

Closing this issue. Syncing platforms is a bit development intensive for right now. Having a separate demo for XenForo is enough.
