Duplicate Content: Headers on Wiki Pages

When headers appear on wiki pages, some content is duplicated. The following is preserved from the wiki page and reused in the header, if unavailable there:

Table of contents
Page text
NuWiki blocks
Page-type blurbs and info (i.e. this page is a chapter in book X)
