Cannot Create New Islands

After creating a new island page, the resulting URL is invalid, making it impossible to ever visit that island.

Fixed in the next release. There was also an issue after correcting the URL issue where the editor claimed that a new island always matched the title of an existing island.

Added an upgrade step to clear the corrupt URL values for islands from the route table.
