Issue: Edit / Upload Conflicts

It's possible to submit an edit at the same time as another user, or submit your edit based on an older revision than the current revision, if another user submits an edit before you finish yours. The same goes for file updates.

Fixed in the next release. As in VaultWiki 3, the editor will compare the last update time before allowing you to continue. If another edit was made, you will have to refresh the editor.
