      Navigation-Bar changing caption by clicking on "Wiki"

      Hi VaultWiki Team!

      First of all - thanks for this fine piece of software - thats what i was looking for my VB-Site!

      I experience a strange issue after the integration and first testings with the new Wiki. Installation etc. went well but if i click on Wiki in the top Navbar - one navpoint is changing its caption from "Themen" (engl. Themes) into "Pages". And i tried different stuff, swaping positions etc., but nothing worked its always the same navpoint.

      You can have a look yourself: http://www.theorigin.de/

      Go to the site, click on Wiki and watch the "Themen" button. I guess it has something to do with the category number this button has (http://www.theorigin.de/content.php?120-Themen).

      Any clues how to fix this?

      You are using a plugin to change the text of that tab. What hook location are you using to do it? If it's a location that's not tied directly to the templater or the bootstrapper, you may need to change it, since it's probably executing too late.

      I use the sectionID which is defined via CMS

      News=SectionID 1 (Startpage)
      Themen=SectionID 120
      Media=SectionID 121
      Awards=SectionID 146

      The strange thing is - Media is defined exactly the same way - but not affected like Themes. And no - i dont know any Plugins i would use. I am using the internal VB navigation manager to create those buttons.

      Plugins i use:
      - E-Impressum
      - Navbar menu for Gallery
      - Skimlinks Plugin
      - VaultWiki

      Thats it...

      Where did you enter this? How did you create the tab that is having problems?

      Its pretty simply in the CMS, the SectionIDs are created by VB, depending on the date of creation:

      Then you can go to the Page itself and edit each section and its contents (you choose which content will appear in each section):

      In the next window you can select different options:

      Thats what sections are for... and thats how i got my links for the buttons i defined in the navigation manager.

      Right, in that case, I need to know the settings you used in the Navigation Manager.

      This is working as designed. VaultWiki 3 replaces the word for 'thread' with 'page' (also 'replies' changes to 'comments') when you're visiting a wiki page. There is already a mechanism in place to bypass this replacement for certain phrases, for customers who need to or want to:

      Create a new plugin at hook location 'vault_special_rephrase'.
      Don't select any of your mods as the product, unless you made that mod yourself.
      You can set the title and order how you want, as long as it's Active and has this code:
      Code:
      $skip_phrases[] = 'vb_navigation_tab_tab_nzc4_464_text';
      Note that in VaultWiki 4, this is no longer necessary, because VaultWiki doesn't need to do this replacement. Once VaultWiki 4 is deemed ready for production (not Alpha or Beta, unless you are feeling brave and don't mind dealing with the errors in an unstable release), you should feel free to upgrade to it.

      Thanks i will try that code tomorrow. The reason why i didnt install release 4 in the 1st place is of course the danger of an unstable site - something i cannot afford. If its "released" and stable i will surely switch! I am really happy so far with the functionality of vaultwiki - even if i am normally working with mediawiki or wikia. I will give feedback tomorrow.
