HTML Entities in Titles (VW4)

Every time we save a page with HTML entities in the title, the title is encoded again. This leads to a simple title like 'Shield & Sword' becoming something like 'Shield &amp;amp;amp; Sword' over time. This also applies to redirects and when performing rollbacks.

Fixed in the next alpha.
