BB-Codes Break History Section Jump

The section-jump for old versions of a page, as shown on the History tab and other places, is broken if it contains BB-Code or HTML. These are stripped when generating an anchor within the page, but not stripped when using that anchor in the section-jump link.

Fixed in the next release.
