Rollbacks to the Same Revision

After performing a rollback via the History tab in VaultWiki 4, viewing the article show that nothing is changed. Looking at the history, it shows that we just copied the same revision we wanted to undo.

Fixed in the next Alpha. Additionally, by improving the logic, it's now possible to perform rollbacks to deleted or unapproved revisions when no other visible revisions are available.
