Add Vaultwiki article edits to Vbulletin activity stream
Link to updated section with snippet in Vbulletin 4's native 'activity stream'

When a non-minor edit is made to a Vaultwiki article, include that edit in the Vbulletin activity stream (activity.php).

Follow the format of other links in this stream:
      • link directly to the article section edited
      • include a snippet of the new or changed text

Make this visible only to usergroups who have access to view the wiki.

My understanding is that the Activity Stream in vB uses the last-update field for pages rather than dateline, so if a new edit is made, the page would get pushed to the top of the Activity Stream.

Updated the template to show the name and jump-link to the edited section if it's that kind of edit. Marking this as Implemented.
