      Upgrading from 211 to 212
      Error on line 1945

      I've just tried the upgrade to 2.1.2 and received the following error:

      Code:
      Upgrading to 2.1.2

          * Creating Tables
                o Creating: vault_forummap
          * Updating Tables
                o Modifying: forum
                o Modifying: thread
                o Modifying: vault_namespace
                o Modifying: vault_link
                o Modifying: vault_article
          * Removing outdated extensions
          * Inserting Namespace Forum Map

            Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_namespaceid() on a non-object in /home/bluedragon/public_html/forums/vault/install/special_upgrade.php on line 1945
      This then creates an error when viewing certain pages in my wiki.

      Redownload the ZIP and replace the file vault/install/special_upgrade.php. Then run the upgrade again.

      redownloaded and the upgrade process worked fine this time, although I am now getting another error on certain articles:

      There had been a problem with one of our install code functions that generated some bad SQL involving DROPping INDEXes. This caused a (suppressed) database error that prevented any of the DB changes in 2.1.2 from taking effect. I fixed the problem and re-updated your install.

      The ZIP has been updated with this fix.
