More than 1 area won't show in index, and get error when viewing the one i can.

I was making areas in the area manager, and it seems the top one show's, but if i make more then it won;t show on the main index. I made subgroups in the one that does show and when i go in them i get

Turn off VW_CACHE_ON in vault/config.php for now until we can confirm why your cache isn't refreshing when you make new areas.

Fixed in the current build. The cache was not being updated when areas were created or re-parented, because the DM expected the icache to behave like other caches. However, it's an unusual one because it doesn't have a table-based origin and it communicates with datastore directly. Updated the DM to reflect this, so it should update correctly from now on.
