Check your VaultWiki Permissions, and make sure you have permissions to create/edit Attachments. Also check your Settings > Wiki Links. There should be 2 settings called "Attachment Tag" and "Template Inclusion Tag". Make sure you create these 2 custom BB-Codes (they can't be existing tags). When "Attachment Tag" is created it should appear in the editor.

I need to fix this so the installer creates it automatically.

Go to AdminCP > Custom BB Codes > Add New BBCode.

You need to create 1 entry for "file" and 1 entry for "template"
Then in VaultWiki > Admin Panel > Content > Syntax Manager, edit "file" and "template". Set the options so they parse and so they appear in the editor.

Most of the settings shouldn't matter.

Except the BB-Code Tag Name must be the ones I said, and yes you would need a button graphic. You can look in vault/resources/images/editor.

Okay, the right dialog should be there now.

It was incorrectly allowing users to upload vB attachments to wiki pages, when that isn't supported. Instead, you need to be taken to the vw Attachment dialog. In some cases, both dialogs are available, but the vB dialog should then only allow external image links (not uploaded).

This is also fixed for Alpha 2.

mhmm ok perfect - alpha 2 will be a great release ^^

do you have the HTML tages for the two BB Codes for the vbulletin admincp for me that i can creat the code correctly ? As well the vb dialog is gone now in my wiki - i have there just the Wiki image code button - maybe its regarding the incorrect/missing html bb code in vb admincp?

For the understanding - its now necessary to create an area with attachment or pictures (is this then visible to users?) and upload there then all of them to get it into the wiki-image-dialog as available attachment?

      Thanks

After you click the wiki image code button: In File Browser, there should be a + icon in the search bar. This will let you upload a new file.

Yes, the attachments will be visible to all users. If you want a special area to save all the attachments, you can create it. Every area has rules about what you can save in it (scroll down in the area options), so you can force users to save attachments or other things in certain places.

Fixed. The standard page-creator JS was overwriting the uploader JS due to some issues with asynchronous code order. I changed one that is supposed to be synchronous with the other so that they both aren't.
