Version Checking Not Working

The version check on the Admin Panel index doesn't work. It always shows that the newest version is the same version that's installed (currently build 1 is installed, but build 2 is available). This needed fixes both on the VaultWiki side and the version-check server, which was still configured to output VaultWiki 3-style version information (i.e. no build number, different productid).

Fixed in Alpha 2.

with the version is also an issue in vbulletin/addons - there is shown only 0.0.0 - what can be an issue at installing of sitemap (for the mean time it helps to change the min. version in the sitemap product) because it checks with server and outputs an error.
