SEO URLs Not Working

When the wiki has no page at root/ or if the wiki is not contained directly in root (i.e. root/wiki), then SEO URLs cannot be routed.

This is a multi-part issue both with the URL router and the path DM. Fixed in Alpha 2. Until then, try to use non-SEO URLs for the time being.
