Dropping : from http:// in links
The wiki intermittently drops the colon in http links

I'm having trouble with the wiki intermittently dropping the colon in http link, making the links read http//www.etc - which obviously doesn't work. They can be fixed by editing them. It seems intermittent; some links are fine, and it on applies to external links added using the vBulletin WYSIWYG editor when composing page text.

      Sure:

      http://www.enworld.org/forum/showwiki.php

Look at the All pages, Random Page, Search, Post New Article links (first thing on the page).

Okay I see now. In the source code the problem is actually different. The text actually contains a double http protocol http://http:// When that happens, the browser assumes the second one is part of the URL and collapses the : because it's invalid in that part of the URL structure. The editor is actually doubling the http:// somewhere...

It's possible the user is not realizing that the http:// is a separate option in the WYSIWYG editor that should be selected from the drop-down menu to the left of the URL, and not to include it in the URL itself.

The only bug I was able to find with the link button was that wiki link's class attribute was not being auto-filled on subsequent edits. This is fixed in VaultWiki 4.0.0 Alpha 1.

"The user" is me, and I'm using it in exactly the same manner I use the forum post editor. Is it intentional, then, that Vaultwiki's behaves differently?

I cannot duplicate this on my own without explicitly trying to make a bad URL. AFAIK, VaultWiki should be behaving the same way as the rest of the forums, but it's possible vBulletin updated the Javascript for the URL dialog since we cloned it for VaultWiki and that the difference is causing some confusion. I will need you to post a screenshot of one the URL-tag dialogs when you edit one of your problematic links.
