Depot Export

All well and good that we created a centralized VaultWiki development depot, but until we have a simple tool to export that like we currently have for VaultWiki 3, well we can't release anything in the 4 series. Can't just update the VaultWiki 3 tools, since we might still need them for Patch Level releases and such. We need to create a similar tool, have both available in the AdminCP, and also update the downloader to handle the multi-platform options. The downloader should probably be more conscious of version information to make this less resource intensive.

So I realized it's not really possible to export both VaultWiki 3 and 4 from the same AdminCP, since that would require having 2 instances of the same product installed on the same database, which is not possible. So instead we will just have to maintain a separate VaultWiki 3 test site until series 3 reaches End of Life.

However, the downloader still needs to be updated for multi-platform options. May as well wait until everything else needs to be updated when the migration decides to succeed.

The depot can now be exported. Will handle the download itself (replacing version numbers, pulling the platform classes) in the morning.

Depot exports successfully. Added fields to sort which files belong to which platform and cache the results so they aren't recalculated on every download (strpos about 15k times). The admin download works properly. Will sort the Members tab download in the morning.

Members tab download now works correctly. Marking this task as Complete.

VaultWiki 4 is zipped and sitting in the download area now, awaiting final approval, and any other changes to the site that might be appropriate before release.
