nginx vbulletin is not active

nginx vbulletin is not active

I just switched to nginx, and I'm having no issues at the moment, except for vw. The vBulletin installation is enabled, but when I go to the wiki, it says that it is not active. I checked and it is set to active, and vw is set as active as well. What would be causing this issue?

EDIT:
I'm dumb. Close this and throw it into the fires of mordor... I didn't update the dns to the new ip...
