Empty Title Matches Another Item

When posting a new page, if you forget to input a title, you get an error that the Prefix and Title combination matches another item. This is confusing, since you entered nothing. It's correct, since the wiki index has no title internally, but it's confusing to the user. Instead, the error should say that no title was entered.
