Issue: Edits to Areas are Rejected

When editing the page content for the portal page of an Area, the editor returns an error that the selected page type is not allowed in this Area. It's likely that it thinks "Area" is chosen, even though the page is already an Area. This particular check should ignore types that were already applied to the page if, for example, the admin changes rules after the page is created, or in this case if the page type can only be created from the AdminCP.
