Can you show an example so I can understand the problem a little better? You should be able to define a custom BB-Code with Russian letters in the name, if your server's PCRE implementation is a recent enough version. However, I have not tried personally, so I could be wrong, or you could mean something else entirely.

VaultWiki Team

VaultWiki Lite does not have support for any UTF-8 characters. You need VaultWiki Premium for that.
