Email missing links.

Notification email missing links to article

I just received an email from Cracked Egg with the following contents:

Thanks. As you can see this was a notification email regarding a new edit to a subscribed article. The issue here was that vBulletin resets $threadinfo before sending the email, so any wiki-related fields needed to be re-generated.

Fixed for the next build.
