Issue: Server Error Upon Namespace Creation + Issue With Wiki Homepage

Hello.

I am having two large issues and I am not sure how to rectify them.

First Issue :: Server Error Upon Namespace Creation

When I enable Wiki in the forum for one of the following two forums or even both (http://www.twinkinfo.com/f148/ and http://www.twinkinfo.com/f147/), I get a server error that states that my website is down and so on and so forth. I currently have both forums disabled right now.

Why is this happening? How do I fix it?

Second Issue :: Issue With Wiki Homepage

How do I get my Wiki page to look like this: https://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/ ? Keep in mind, I am only creating a Wiki for some pre-existing forums, not my entire site.

Third Issue :: Creating Namespaces for Pre-existing forums causing permission issue.

Whenever I create a new namespace for a pre-existing forum, the permissions for all of the usergroups that have custom permissions in that forum, get set to No for everything (almost like it turns them into a banned usergroup).

Not sure why this is happening.
