Call to undefined function table_of_contents()

Hello,

we just finished installing the product, but in the showwiki.php we get this error:

Code:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function table_of_contents() in /var/www/ourdomain/forum/vault/special_class_postbit.php on line 2052

By looking in google I could find that this error was occurring also in Crackedegg's pages. How did you fix it?

Hilariously, this is another mysterious bug that was just killed recently. Changed to "Fixed" status.
