Posting new comments in discussion produces DB errors

Tried to create new discussion, this was a success. But, when I tried to post new comment I received DB error:

Warning: mysqli_query(): (42S22/1054): Unknown column 'e.filename' in 'field list' in /includes/class_core.php on line 1391

Also, when I tried to see that discussion, I see new comment, like it is entered, but when I tried to view discussion I received DB error.

It seems that all of this is because of implementing attachment system.
