Images are not showing in editor or on some pages

I have all of the files on my server but images for bbcode are not being shown in the editor or on some pages. The images not being shown are:

      bb_comment.gif
      bb_footnote.gif
      bb_headline.gif
      bb_link.gif
      bb_redirect.gif
      bb_reflist.gif
      bb_special.gif

I'm using vBulletin 4.2 with VaultWiki v3.0.19, help getting this issue fixed would really be appreciated.

Make sure the stylevar imgdir_vaultedit is set to vault/images/editor. If it already is, you may need to save it to get your styles to rebuild.

I tried completely re-installing VaultWiki while trying to get the issue solved and with the new install the only stylevars I have are imgdir_vault and imgdir_vaulticon.

Edited to add: I also tried creating a new test style without a parent and those are the only stylevars for VaultWiki with the new style as well.

Does your PHP config have display_errors turned on, so that when an error happens you can see a message in the browser window?

I checked and the version of VaultWiki you downloaded contains a total of 4 stylevars. I would be interested to know if you saw any error messages when running vault/install/finalupgrade.php. Also, if you upgraded from an earlier version of VaultWiki, do you know the original version you had installed?

The only time I have seen any error is when inspecting the element with Google Chrome and it just shows that the images are missing. It was a fresh install of VaulWiki on the database (both times had missing images) and I did not notice any errors while installing and I haven't had any error reports sent from my server to my email. I'm not sure how to check the PHP config for errors.

Edited to add: Installed on a completely new database and there were no errors, image still do not show.

Confirmed and Fixed in build 003. The Mobile style was overwriting the stylevars that only existed in the regular style. Download the new build, and run the upgrade script again to fix a current install.
