de-collapse tabs on forum home

With the CES wiki modinstalled, it's no longer possible to save the status of a tab (like visitors today) in the forum index.

It's working again now for my forums where I have disabled the mod, and I can also re-produce this here, so I guess it's quiet certain that this is a bug.
