Great stuff, though found one issue:

Private Page Discussion posts Show up in Activity page. The first line with words is displayed to all.

Never mind, I just realized this is about the Activity Stream. VaultWiki will not be compatible with the Activity Stream until version 4. There are no hook locations that VaultWiki 3 can use to modify the activity stream output for threads and posts in order to keep private pages out of the stream.

However, I am marking this as Fixed since the development version of VaultWiki 4 should correctly check permissions for pages marked private, as well as for comments to those pages.
