      Attachments Not Fully Imported

When performing the upgrade to VaultWiki 4, attachments seem to fail to convert to the new format. Only vw_attachment contains any data, and a number of the rows don't have page IDs.

Since it looks like a previous import in March was okay, this may be a result of the changes to the Fetch controller, since the key for attachments would now be their page ID instead of their attachment ID. In order to fetch by attachment ID, we need to replace the Fetch instances with explicit queries.

Fixed attachment imports. There is one thing we don't have control over and that's a vBulletin bug: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-15283

The vB bug only affects attachment thumbnails and attachments that are resized due to the forum's max settings, and only if your forum uses the GD library for images (it most likely does).

Even if vB fixes this bug (likely 4.2.2 or later), we recommend switching to ImageMagick anyway. It's likely your server has it installed already - the question would be finding out the install path in order to set up vB to use it. This is another vB fail, because nowadays you can have PHP compiled with ImageMagick, so there's no need to hunt down a path or have PHP use the exec() command that may be locked down on shared servers, when you can just called the ImageMagick::class.

I didn't report that, though. It's more important to fix the GD bug than make IM easier to use, and I'd rather not give them a distraction from fixing a somewhat critical bug. If I remember I'll report that IM integration needs updating, after they've fixed GD.
