Posting new comment on first wiki page had strict errors and Bold BBcode didn't parsed

As I said in title, when I tried to post new comment on first page, just typing new comment in quick reply box visible there, I received strict error, and bold text wasn't parsed.

Italic BBcode also doesn't work, so I assume that many, if not all BBcodes has strict errors.

Receiving strict errors even where there's no BBcode in comments.

Strict Error on save is not possible to fix (it's an error in vBulletin's code), but I have fixed bold and italic BB-Codes in comments. Regular BB-Codes weren't working in comments because the $contenttypeid we were using to get the user's BB-Code permissions was wrong.
