DB Error w/ Permanently Deleted Similar Articles

This is due to a bug in vBulletin, where CMS articles aren't removed from the search index upon deletion. VaultWiki finds them in the index, and thinks they exist, leading to a database error. Added a workaround, which unfortunately makes the query slower, that makes sure the data is reliable before attempting to retrieve the articles.
