Special Pages have Similar Content

seen on Special:Version

Similar Content is being calculated for Special Pages even though they have nothing of their own to compare. It often leads to Fatal Errors when a match is ironically found.

Fixed. Similar content is now only generated for pages that have non-default text and the isContent flag.
