      vbseo

Is there a way to get this working with vbseo? If I disable vbseo it works perfect, but enabled it can not find the page.

Please let me know as well...I was going to use vBSEO with this and it doesn't work? I've almost got it ready so I can purchase this real soon...please let me know ASAP. I want Wikipedia-like URLs.

EGS, the issue here is not that the URLs don't become Wikipedia-like. That is a feature of VaultWiki already. The issue here is that, on top of that, vbSEO attempts to rewrite the URLs so they look like any other thread URL, but it does it wrong because it is not a vB file that it expects. At least that is my understanding of the problem.

In your .htaccess file, try this. Find:
      Code:
      RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !vbseourl=
      RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(admincp/|modcp/|chat|cron)
      RewriteRule ^(.*\.php(/.*)?)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1 [L,QSA]
      Add before:
      Code:
      RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} showwiki.php
      RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1 [L,QSA,S=1]

Thanks, Pegasus. Do the forums that I assign to the namespaces need to be VaultWiki type forums? (Or does it not really matter because they are not visible?) I'm talking mostly about the Special Namespaces (such as Book, Template, Help, etc.)

Yes, the forums directly associated to the namespaces should be type "Wiki." This is because new articles created by clicking "red" links will be created at the namespace root. If this is not a wiki forum, the article won't be created properly.
