As we begin to get into the multiples of thousands of support threads, I notice that a number of the queries don't seem to scale, with nearly 50% of page generation time taken to execute only one query on some pages. This is just one example, but see: http://www.vb-os.com/project.php?issueid=261
Timeline is disabled on the Support tab overview until the queries are fixed. Closing this issue since we have already made some database changes here to improve their efficiency.
