      PHP 5.4 Strict Errors

      Make the necessary changes to VaultWiki to support the changes in PHP 5.4. Currently there are a number of VaultWiki functions that throw Strict Standards errors.

      VaultWiki Team
      vBulletin fails to meet strict standards. I don't think there is a way to fix this in VaultWiki 3 since we inherit so much from vBulletin. We've updated to PHP 5.4, so this is just something to watch for as we develop v4.

      Okay I went through everything I could think of and cleaned up the strict errors that were blamable on VaultWiki. If there's any left (once vBulletin cleans up their act as well) I'm sure people will report them.
