Registration Issues

When registering on the site, after successful registration the user lands on a page with broken styles.

Fixed, this was due to old mobile device detection that is incompatible with vBulletin 4.1.11+.

Additionally, added a redirect to automatically return the user to their cart if they clicked Register from there.
