vBulletin 4.2 Support

Need to update:

Navbar integration
Version detection
Install/Upgrade process

Will not be adding Activity Stream support at this time, as that is already confirmed and showcased as a VaultWiki 4 feature.

Note that any changes will have to be merged to the VaultWiki 4 branch.

Navbar integration done, version detection done. Updated to 4.2 Beta 1 and still okay.

I should mention that I finished the install/upgrade changes to Premium and Lite a few hours ago. Will release a few hours after vB 4.2 gold to confirm that the changes don't need further updating due to any updates by that iteration.
