2 "issues" with mobile style

* https://www.vaultwiki.org is empty, just the notice is visible (plus link to full site ie footer)
* the VW logo is too wide for display on mobile phone (i am using htc desire hd) and therefore pushes down the grid and login button.. and when those bottons are pushed down, there arises a white cap along the length of the screen approx 1/3rd of the width

The first issue is a bug with the VaultWiki mobile style that comes packaged with the product. Since vBulletin 4.1.11, the Mobile Style has been a separate Master Style, so instead of inheriting unmodified templates from the original Master Style, it considers that they don't exist. This results in all wiki pages being invisible while viewed under a Mobile Style post vB 4.1.11.

I have fixed the issue of articles being invisible, but there are likely other issues due to missing templates.

As for the logo being too wide, the only thing I can think of is to create a different logo with no text. I can't imagine a way to shrink the existing text without it becoming unreadable.

Fixed a number of other templates that were missing from the Master Mobile Style. If the issue persists after VaultWiki 3.0.19, users should open a new report.

As for the logo being too large on our own site, working on this now.

Removed the "for vBulletin" from the logo on mobile devices and shrank the resulting image to 180 width. Looks okay on my iPhone.
