Footnote doesn't work in forum

In the wiki code settings, both the footnote as the reflist code is activated outside the wiki.

But the footnote and reflist do not work in forum.

They will never work in regular posts. But if you turn enable the wiki parser on regular posts, i.e. a wikified post, (through a choice in the post's editor), then it should work.
