Add VaultWiki to Cart with AJAX

If we add VaultWiki to the Cart using AJAX, the user will stay on the buy page, and it will be much easier to purchase a branding removal or install service. It would remove a few clicks for users who intend to, and gives those who aren't sure, the opportunity of not being taken away from the page.

However, thinking of this now, it adds some clicks. And without a cart sidebar, might make it frustrating for a user to continue their order if they didn't want something else, and didn't notice the cart icon in the site's header. It might be wise to wait for VaultWiki 4 migration here to implement this, since VaultWiki 4 has a built-in sidebar that we can make a cart module for.

Now that VaultWiki 4 is installed on the site, we can make a really nice Cart sidebar that works with AJAX.

Also change the cart script to /cart rather than /arsenal.php

The cart now operates solely from /cart/
If any pending transactions need to operate at /arsenal.php, they can, but future transactions will be redirected through /cart/ and /cart.php only.

The AJAX functionality of the cart is complete. I'm pleased, despite how much longer it took than anticipated.
