This suggests that you didn't upload all the files for VaultWiki Premium to your server. At least the /includes/xml folder still contains VaultWiki Lite files and not VaultWiki Premium files. The CP nav link pictured doesn't have the right number of links for VaultWiki Premium, and the settings claim the bitfields, which are stored at that location, are missing.

Make sure the FTP user you used to upload the files had permission to overwrite existing files on the server, and that you overwrite the files even though your existing files might have a newer timestamp. Some clients are configured to ignore files that are older automatically. You can't use this feature of your client with VaultWiki, or any commercial software. If you ever manually edit a file, or your client changes the timestamp to the current time on upload, the timestamp on your server could be more recent than the new version. Along these lines, the latest version of VaultWiki Lite was released AFTER the latest full version, so it's possible that is the problem.
