No Error Submitting Invalid License URL

When a user submits a license URL that's in a bad format (e.g. http:\\ instead of http://), the script saves it seemingly successfully. But the user is still unable to download and are told they need to edit their link.

Fixed. The script will now tell you the URL is invalid and won't save the bad link.
