Put Wiki Languages in the Datastore

While there will be potentially more of these than forum languages, their memory footprint is small, and the number that we need for each page view is typically more than one (or all for wiki editors). Storing this info in the datastore (I believe there are 4 cachable fields: id, name, varname, icon path) would automatically save 1 or more queries on every wiki page.
