If you were on vBulletin 3 before upgrading to vB 4.1.11, and you have not upgraded VaultWiki since you used vBulletin 3, you need to upgrade VaultWiki again.

No I was v4.1.3. and upgraded to the latest 4.1.11

I was thinking I should upgrade the wiki. BUT I get this error when running the upgrade.
      Code:
      Database error in vBulletin 4.1.11:

      Invalid SQL:

      					REPLACE INTO phrase
(languageid, fieldname, varname, text, product, username, dateline, version)
      					VALUES
      					(
      						-1,
      						'error',
      						'vault_bad_mask_3016',
      						'',
      						'ces_nwsp_spec',
      						'pegasus',

      					);

I don't know why but it shows my home IP address and not the boards address. And yes I can reproduce the error.

I find it interesting that you've run into this now, and no one else had this problem at the release: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2558/
It may be due to this code running only if VaultWiki is < 3.0.12 at the time the patch 3.0.16 is applied. I have updated the download to account for this possibility. Please download VaultWiki again, and run the upgrade with the new files.

OK I will try this later this week. Work is getting busy. I'll let you know. This will be the first upgrade to the Wiki and VB I have done.
I only started with VB last year. V4.1.3. It was about a week later I purchased the Wiki. I want to say it's V 3.0.11 that I have been using all this time. After they came up with the new version 4.1.11 I decided I would upgrade it as the editor is better. Once I get it fixed I only plan on doing patches after that. as I can't see to many other features they might include.
      Will update later.
      Thanks for your help.

If all else fails can I buy the upgrade install package you guys have? Or was that only for the time of new purchase?

Well for some reason when I go to the upgrade page it tells that I'm upgrading to the same version.V 3.0.11 then it does nothing. It is choosing the same version not the latest version.

Did you download a patch or the full package? If you download a patch it would not give you any files relevant to this issue. The patch-option calculates differences between your version and the current version. The file in question in this case was checked into your existing version as part of the security fix, so it doesn't show as a difference.

I've looked at the code multiple times, and if you're downloading the full package, I don't see anything about the 3.0.11 > 3.0.12 upgrade script that would prevent you from reaching 3.0.12. Keep in mind there are 2 phases each to the 3.0.11 and 3.0.12 upgrade processes, and you should still be on phase 1 of 3.0.11.

I went to members>download> then downloaded the complete package. (ces_nwsp_spec_3-0-17) At first I thought the FTP was not allowing overwrite. That has happened in the past after being upgraded to a hole new server. I called my server guy Chris & midtownmicro.com to confirm the overwrite. So he went and directly copied the files on the hard drive itself. After a full backup of course. Then he confirmed the files and tried the upgrade. He too was stumped on what it was doing. I use a local hoisting company so I get better service then the cheep mega hosting company.
I should be turning off the wiki in the plug in manager before trying to run the upgrade correct? Because that is what I'm doing.

If you like I can PM you an admin user name and password and you can check it out for your self.
We don't use a C-Panel type system. (To many security holes) You would need to let us know in order to grant access to the dB server if needed. Or we can back it up before you do somthing, if we coordinate a date and time. You can also contact Midtownmicro.com directly if you like. We are located in Sacramento California. E-mail or phone calls are fine. Chris would have no problem helping you in any way you may need.
Let me know what you would like to do. I have no problem paying for your time. Just how you guys came up with the programing for these boards is beyond me, but thank you just the same.

This is the only screen we get. It stays the same after hitting proceed.

Okay, I see that this occurs for users on < 3.0.12 who attempt to upgrade to a version between 3.0.12 - 3.0.15. But this doesn't apply to you so I'm confused. Usually you see a "Proceed" button instead of "Next Step" if there are no steps associated with the script, or if the script is done.

Please check your file vault/install/upgrade_language_en.php, that it contains the following line:
      Code:
      $upgrade_phrases['3.0.11']['steps_3p'] = $upgrade_steps['3.0.16']['steps_3p'];
If it's not present, add it to the end of the file and save.

If it is present, then your problem doesn't make any sense to me. Either way 3.0.11 is skippable for newer upgrades, so you can delete the file vault/install/upgrade_3p3011.php.

      The line is present.
If I delete the file then I receive an error page can not be found. It seems to be the first file it needs to start the process.

Information sent. I can only assume that it went through. When you click submit it reset the page, so I guess it went through.
Just let me know how much and what the address to shoot you a PayPal is.
      Thanks again.
