Issue: Logging in header doesn't work, passwords are shown (instead asterisks)

I needed to login when I come here.

I entered password, but I was able to see it (usually only asterisks are shown). And I wasn't able to login. I was directed to different screen (where you're informed that you made mistake, blah, blah, that you made 1 of 5 attempts to login).

Here I entered the same info as in header, but now password wasn't shown and everything went ok.

Also I needed to change password, so I logged out to allow my web browser to remember password in case I'll need it later. Again I had the same problem, entering passwords in header doesn't work, but later it works.
