      So it's only "showing up weird" and the article works if you click on it? Was the article created before or after upgrading to 2.1.0? If before, you may need to rename it to fix the quotes.

      Test article created after install of 2.1.0. Only shows that way in the article title forums, in the article itself it is fine.

      There is also a problem with quote parsing in a code BB block, as you can see there

      Try this. In vault/special_plugins_forumdisplay.php, find:
      PHP Code:
          if (empty($thread['title']))
          {

      $thread['title'] = $thread['threadtitle'];
          }
      Remove that. It should be unnecessary.

      On top of that, there are a ton of HTML entity problems in titles. Like using >, <. Renaming an article with an entity creates a corrupt redirect. Non-quote entities aren't matched to the article cache so they can't be found. This issue also extends to the Category addon which is even more title dependent (if you can believe that).

      As shown in that example, even quote entities are considered to not exist in certain situations. That is how you created 3 of the same. While there are all these issues, I have yet to find why it shows this way for you, since it would have had to be htmlspecialchars_uni()'d somewhere along the line (after the page load). This exact behavior can still not be reproduced.

      Well I spent the past few days working on this a lot. I'm going to mark this as Fixed for now.

      You are going to have to delete and re-create these articles when the new build comes out, because these titles are obviously corrupt (there are at least 3 on your install).

      After doing so, if this still occurs in the next build, you are free to petition a change back to Unconfirmed.
