      unmoderated editing permission whitelist

This feature request is a biggie for my site.
We have a number of quality authors, but also a number of authors who need to be moderated. This is unrelated to usergroup.
We need some way to allow those quality authors to edit wikis without moderation.
I suggest a whitelist function. Once a user is whitelisted, the edits by that user are no longer moderated.
A blacklist function would also go well with it, as this would highlight that a user has made low quality edits in the past and would prevent the user from being added to the whitelist.

In VaultWiki 4 you should be able to create an Access Mask that overrides the user's other permissions. This is handled through VaultWiki 4's standard Permissions Manager, but instead of choosing a usergroup as the criteria, you would enter a username. In this way, you could remove that user from the moderation queue without changing his or her usergroups.

This feature is already added for the 4.0.0 Alpha 1 release. See: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2460/

That does not seem practical for big boards. The wiki moderators would need to send requests to the admin, so that the admin can create access masks. It would be much simpler if the moderator can just whitelist a user.
