      Forum Header not working after upgrade to 2.1.0

      With 2.0.4, I've created several forum header to serve as an introduction. I upgraded with 2.1.0 and reconfigured the Header Namespace in Namespace manager but, even if the option is activated in Forum manager, the header is not shown.

      Fixed. In vault/special_plugins_forumdisplay.php, find:
      PHP Code:
      global $vbulletin, $foruminfo, $forum_header;
      Replace with:
      PHP Code:
      global $vbulletin, $foruminfo, $forum_header, $vault;

      The zip file needs updating with this fix.

      At a certain point, it becomes difficult to determine which revision of a ZIP users have downloaded under the same version. As a result, we try to only change the ZIP file once it has been released to fix install / very visible DB errors.
